Dalam pidatonya, Cak Imin menekankan sejumlah hal di antaranya terkait dengan keadilan sosial.
Ia mengatakan bahwa Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional adalah gerakan gotong royong untuk memutus rantai ketimpangan kesehatan dan ekonomi.
Cak Imin mengungkap bahwa hingga kini, pemerintah membantu 96 juta orang melalui program penerima bantuan iuran.
Di sisi lain, badan usaha baik BUMN dan BUMS juga bergotong royong agar sistem jaminan kesehatan nasional ini berjalan dengan baik.
Ia menyampaikan komitmen bersama terkait kepatuhan terhadap progran tersebut merupakan amanah Undang-Undang Dasar 1945, bahwa setiap orang berhak atas jaminan sosial yang memungkinkan pengembangan diri menjadi manusia yang bermartabat.
