我想，只有小時候才會每天期盼著自己快快長大，總覺得變成大人之後可以隨心所欲，完全自主。而隨著年紀來到「不惑之年」的40歲，反而擔心身體健康開始走下坡，體力也不復當年，甚至還伴隨著各種「初老」症狀。心想：為什麼沒人告訴我40歲這麼難熬？
其實，身體活到一個年紀，就跟物件用久了就是會磨損一樣，很正常。現在雖未到「髮蒼蒼、視茫茫、齒牙動搖」的老態，肩頸痠痛、老花看不清近距離、膝蓋卡卡……在所難免。只要自己能注意保養、正視身體發出的老化預警，從生活到心態都好好調適整理，其實也是一種與年紀漸長的和平共好，繼續往長青之路前行啊！（笑） Receive SMS online on sms24.me
