Quest’ultima rappresenta forse la situazione peggiore possibile, segnalando un quadro economico più grave del previsto. Panetta ha inoltre avvertito sui rischi di una deregolamentazione eccessiva del settore bancario, difendendo le regole di rafforzamento patrimoniale introdotte negli ultimi quindici anni.
Un settore particolarmente in difficoltà è quello dell’auto, dove le nuove immatricolazioni restano inferiori nonostante la crescente presenza dei produttori cinesi. Ciò evidenzia un problema strutturale legato all’incertezza sulla transizione energetica e sulle politiche green. Anche il mercato del lavoro mostra segnali di ulteriore indebolimento, con una riduzione dei contratti a tempo determinato.
