Hasil Autopsi Siswa SD di Inhu Tewas Diduga Korban Perundungan: Infeksi Sistemik Usus Buntu

Hasil otopsi menunjukkan, penyebab kematian korban adalah apendik atau usus buntu, bukan akibat kekerasan.
Kasubdit Dokpol Biddokkes Polda Riau, AKBP Supriyanto, menyampaikan informasi tersebut dalam konferensi pers di Mapolda Riau, Pekanbaru, Rabu (4/6/2025).
Berdasarkan pemeriksaan luar dan dalam ditemukan sejumlah luka dan kelainan pada tubuh korban.
Termasuk memar pada daerah perut dan paha, serta resapan darah pada jaringan lemak perut sebelah kiri.
Luka-luka tersebut diduga diakibatkan oleh benturan benda tumpul.
Namun, penyebab utama kematian disimpulkan berasal dari infeksi sistemik akut akibat pecahnya usus buntu.
Direktur Reserse Kriminal Umum Polda Riau, Kombes Asep Darmawan, menambahkan bahwa usus buntu yang dialami korban sudah dalam kondisi infeksi.
Itu karena korban tidak pernah dibawa ke dokter untuk diperiksa.
Pihak kepolisian masih mendalami apakah luka-luka luar yang ditemukan memiliki kaitan dengan dugaan kekerasan atau insiden lain yang turut memperparah kondisi korban.
Sementara itu, penyidik Satreskrim Polres Inhu telah meminta keterangan 22 orang saksi, termasuk dua tukang urut perempuan, dua dokter, orangtua korban, dan lima teman sekolahnya.
Seperti diketahui, sang anak yang masih duduk dibangku kelas 2 SD tersebut meninggal dunia pada 26 Mei lalu.
Sebelumnya, ia mengalami perundungan di sekolah dari kakak kelasnya, tepatnya anak kelas V.
Usai sang anak meninggal, orangtuanya pun melaporkan kasus perundungan ini ke pihak kepolisian.
