KOMPAS.TV-Satria Arta Kumbara mantan anggota Korps Marinir TNI AL yang jadi tentara di Rusia menyerukan keinginannya kembali ke Indonesia. Videonya ramai, isinya soal ia tak tahu bahwa kewarganegaraannya dicabut usai jadi tentara bayaran di Rusia.Untuk diketahui Satria Arta Kumbara desersi atau meninggalkan tugas sejak 13 Juni 2022.
Kemudian satria dipecat per tanggal 6 April 2023 sesuai putusan perkara No. 56-K/PM.II-08/AL/IV/2023. Putusan tersebut telah berkekuatan hukum tetap sesuai dengan Akte Putusan Telah Memperoleh Kekuatan Hukum Tetap atau AMKHT sejak 17 April 2023 dengan akte No. AMKHT/56-K/PM.II-08/AL/IV/2023.
Nah, putusan pengadilan militer tersebut tidak dapat diganggu gugat lagi. Terpisah Anggota Komisi I DPR Fraksi PDI-P Mayjen TNI (Purn) TB Hasanuddin merespons soal keinginan Satria eks Marinir yang jadi tentara bayaran Rusia ingin kembali ke Indonesia.
Menurut TB Hasanuddin Satria sudah bukan WNI lagi maka Indonesia tidak harus memberikan perlindungan untuknya.
