受害的，不見得是老人或不懂科技的人，最容易受騙的往往就是你我這樣的普通人。
那些詐騙訊息看起來並不高明，卻總能精準打中人心。因為詐騙的關鍵，從來不是手法，而是心理學。
像「限時優惠」、「錯過不再」、「最後一次機會」這些熟悉的字眼，其實都是經過精密設計的心理陷阱。
這次我想和大家分享《為什麼我們會被騙？》這本書。書中用真實案例揭露人性的弱點：稀缺效應、沉沒成本、預期偏誤……每一種心理偏差，都是詐騙集團最擅長利用的工具。
我也特地邀請「刑事警察局預防科」科長莊明雄，聊聊台灣詐騙的現況。莊科長從 2001 年起就在第一線打擊科技詐騙，從駭客入侵、釣魚簡訊，到如今的金融防詐系統，他都親身參與。
