Jyotsna Radhakrishnan is a compose, playback singer and a life coach. She has several hit film songs to her credit and is the voice behind the Raftaara song from Prithviraj Sukumaran`s Lucifer.
In these 2-part series Jyotsna talks about how she got diagnosed with High Masking Autism Disorder. It is also known as high functioning Autism. We explore what are the difficulties she dealt with from childhood being on the Autism Disorder Spectrum. We get to understand through her journey how important it is to be aware of autism disorder, the difference between Neurodivergent and Neurotypical people, why an early diagnosis would help people and what are the stigmas and misconceptions regarding mental health especially. We also explore the difference between ADHD i.e. attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and autism spectrum disorder. She is now a certified Life Coach, and she hopes to help others who are dealing with mental health issues.
