Terkuak Sumber Kekayaan Stafsus Menhan Deddy Corbuzier, Salah Satunya Properti Rp 28 M di Tangerang

Dari berbagai jenis aset yang dimilikinya, salah satu yang paling menarik perhatian adalah properti.
Dikutip dari Kompas.com pada Minggu (8/6/2025), Deddy tercatat memiliki 19 properti berupa tanah dan bangunan yang tersebar di Tangerang dan Medan.
Menariknya, mayoritas aset propertinya berlokasi di Tangerang, dan semua perolehan berasal dari hasil jerih payah sendiri, bukan warisan atau hibah.
Dari daftar panjang aset properti Deddy, satu properti di Tangerang menonjol dengan nilai yang paling fantastis.
Sebidang tanah 1.000 meter persegi dengan luas bangunan 900 meter persegi di Kab/Kota Tangerang dilaporkan memiliki nilai Rp 28.498.264.431 atau sekitar Rp 28,5 miliar.
Properti ini menjadi yang termahal di antara 19 aset yang dilaporkan, sekaligus menunjukkan skala investasi Deddy di sektor properti yang tidak main-main.
Sebagai pejabat negara, Deddy memang wajib melaporkan harta kekayaan yang dimilikinya ke KPK.

Deddy sendiri menjabat sebagai Staf Khusus Menteri Pertahanan (Menhan) Bidang Komunikasi Sosial dan Publik sejak 11 Februari 2025.
Di luar pekerjaan tersebut, ia juga aktif sebagai YouTuber dengan jumlah subscriber mencapai 24,4 juta pelanggan.
