PLO | UBND quận Phú Nhuận và văn phòng công chứng công nhận giấy tờ của Hồng Loan là hợp pháp?Trong vụ tranh chấp thừa kế tài sản của cố NSƯT Vũ Linh, diễn biến mới nhất đã mang lại một bước ngoặt quan trọng. UBND quận Phú Nhuận khẳng định rằng giấy khai sinh và giấy chứng nhận nuôi con nuôi của bà Võ Thị Hồng Loan – con gái cố NSƯT – được đăng ký và lưu trữ đúng quy định pháp luật. Đồng thời, văn phòng công chứng cũng xác nhận rằng các thủ tục công chứng hồ sơ khai nhận di sản thừa kế của bà Loan đều tuân thủ quy định. Những xác nhận này không chỉ làm suy yếu lập luận của nguyên đơn Võ Thị Hồng Nhung, em gái cố NSƯT, mà còn củng cố vị thế của bà Loan là người thừa kế hợp pháp. Câu hỏi đặt ra là, liệu những diễn biến này có đủ sức nặng để tòa án bác bỏ yêu cầu khởi kiện của nguyên đơn và duy trì quyền thừa kế của bà Loan? Vụ việc này đang tiến triển ra sao và sẽ đi đến đâu?
