Тисячі скарг на ТЦК: Зеленський (не) знає? Обійми з делегатами РФ, обміни, Єрма
За перші п’ять місяців 2026-го року Уповноважений ВР України з прав людини отримав понад три тисячі скарг на дії ТЦК. «В це число не входять ті порушення прав, які ми виявили самостійно», – каже омбудсман Дмитро Лубінець. За його словами цю цифру «можна сміливо помножувати на три, як мінімум». В тому, що система мобілізації дала збій, Лубінець звинувачує уряд, нарікаючи на «провалену політику». А от, коментуючи роль президента, Лубінець воліє гострі кути обходити стороною і стверджує, що, глава держави «ніколи не підтримував такий підхід, як «бусифікація». Уповноважений ВР із прав людини заявляє, що публічно піднімає проблеми мобілізації і ТЦК СП, оскільки непублічні зусилля не дали результатів. Тепер, каже Лубінець, за його ініціативою і після серії публічних заяв, при Міноборони було створено робочу групи задля вирішення проблем, що накопичилися.У розмові з Радіо Свобода український омбудсман ділиться своїм баченням армійської реформи, розповідає про політику щодо окупованих територій, яка, за його словами, є «провальною», і в деталях розповідає про свою першу зустріч із новою уповноваженою з прав людини РФ Яною Лантратовою, яка має підозру від СБУ за вивезення українських дітей з окупованого Херсону. Лубінець каже, що на першій зустрічі він не піднімав цієї теми зі своєю російською візаві, однак переконує, що зробить це під час наступних зустрічей.
