Israel's attack on Iran: Dragging the US into a new war? | To the Point

It’s what Prime Minister Netanyahu has wanted for at least two decades: to strike Iran’s nuclear program and de-fang Israel’s long-time enemy.
The Middle East is on the brink, after devastating Israeli attacks targeting Iran’s military structures and leadership killed hundreds of people and sent thousands fleeing their homes. Iran returned fire with missiles and drones, killing at least two dozen. Why now? Israel says Iran is on the brink of getting nuclear weapons. That’s not what US intelligence believes. But with American military intervention on the table anyway, we’ll take a look at whether the conflict is dragging President Donald Trump into another U.S. war in the Middle East.
