BANGKALAN, KOMPAS.TV - Mobil pemadam kebakaran di Bangkalan, Jawa Timur, sering mogok saat menuju lokasi kebakaran. Dari tiga armada yang dimiliki, dua di antaranya rusak.Petugas pemadam kebakaran di Bangkalan, Jawa Timur, harus mendorong mobil pemadam karena mogok saat menuju lokasi kebakaran.
Bahkan, mobil pemadam kebakaran ini sering keluar masuk bengkel karena beragam permasalahan.
Kondisi seperti ini sering dialami petugas Damkar Kabupaten Bangkalan karena armada yang mereka miliki sudah tua.
Sekretaris Satpol PP Bangkalan menyebut pihaknya saat ini hanya memiliki satu armada untuk operasional pelayanan masyarakat, sehingga banyak peristiwa kebakaran yang tidak tertangani dengan baik.
Ia menegaskan pengajuan penambahan armada sudah sering dilakukan, namun hingga kini belum ada respons dari pemerintah setempat.
Pemerintah setempat diharapkan memperhatikan kondisi mobil pemadam kebakaran ini sehingga pelayanan kepada masyarakat, utamanya penanganan kebakaran, bisa tertangani dengan baik.
