Roy Suryo Cs Terancam Pasal Berlapis seusai Kasus Ijazah Jokowi Naik Penyidikan, Ada Unsur Pidana

Polisi menemukan adanya dugaan unsur pidana dalam dua obyek perkara yakni pencemaran nama baik yang dilaporkan Jokowi.
Serta obyek perkara penghasutan dan penyebaran berita bohong yang dilaporkan dari adanya lima Laporan Polisi yang dibuat di Polda Metro Jaya, Polres Jakarta Selatan, Polres Jakarta Pusat, Polres Depok dan Polres Bekasi.
Kabid Humas Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol Ade Ary Syam Indradi mengatakan status penyidikan itu ditetapkan setelah pihaknya melakukan gelar perkara.
Jika kasus tersebut naik ke tahap penyidikan maka nasib Roy Suryo cs sebagai pihak terlapor di ujung tanduk.
Polisi bakal memanggil kembali para terlapor itu guna melengkapi BAP di tahap penyidikan.
Melalui BAP tersebut, penyidik baru bisa menentukan apakah para terlapor bakal ditetapkan sebagai tersangka atau tidak.
Roy Suryo cs kini terancam dijerat pasal berlapis seperti yang dilaporkan oleh pihak Jokowi.
Sebelumnya Kuasa Hukum Jokowi Yakup Hasibuan mengatakan pihaknya melaporkan Pasal 310 dan 311 KUHP tentang pencemaran nama baik.
Serta sejumlah pasal di Undang-Undang ITE antara lain Pasal 27A, Pasal 32 dan Pasal 35. (Tribun-Video.com/Tribunnews.com)
