안녕하세요 애정입니다 😊오늘은 토마호크 스테이크를 구워서 크림소스에 찍어 먹어봤어요
저는 먹으려고 고기를 딱 드는 순간
묵직한 토마호크의 그립감은 언제나 설레더라구요ㅎㅎ
한 입 베어 무는 순간 육즙이 팡팡 터지고
육향도 정말 진해서 고기가 어찌나 촉촉한지
퍽퍽한 느낌이 전혀 없어요!
토마호크는 여러 부위가 섞여 있어서
부위마다 맛과 질감이 다른 것도 은근히 재미있었어요
하이라이트는 역시 크림소스에 찍어 먹는 순간이었어요
크림소스가 고기 맛을 덮는 게 아니라
토마호크 특유의 진한 맛을 부드럽게 감싸주는 느낌이었고
고기의 육즙과 크림소스의 고소함이 만나
입 안에서 훨씬 풍부하게 퍼졌어요
약간 느끼하긴 하지만 그만큼 맛의 포텐이 몇 배로 터져서
만족감이 정말 컸고 자연스럽게 손이 계속 가는 맛이었어요
