青木康正：決して見放さない！「どんな人でもやり直せる」と信じて続ける加害者支援人生のほとんどを少年院や刑務所で過ごしてきた彼は、あるとき獄中で命を狙われ九死に一生を得た。
その直後、聖書と出会い、彼の心に人生で初めて平安が訪れる。
それから獄中で聖書を学び、出所後は元受刑者の社会復帰を支援する施設「自立準備ホーム」を立ち上げた。
「どんな人でも必ずやり直せる」
聴衆が気圧されるほどの気迫で彼は伝える。
10年間で延べ150名の元受刑者を受け入れ支援してきた。
日本の再犯率は約5割と言われているが、彼の施設では2割程度に抑えられている。
そんな彼が語る、人が本当にやり直す（＝更生する）ために必要なこととは。

I keep believing that anyone can start their lives over again and support assailants.
He lived most of his life in juvenile reformatory and prison.
On one occasion, his life was threatened there and he had a narrow escape.
Just after that, he encountered the bible and for the first time in his life, he got peace of mind and safety.
He has learned the bible in prison ever since.
After he was released from prison, he started up the facility “Independence Preparation Home” that supports rehabilitation in society for former convicts.
“Anyone can rebuild their lives again,” said Mr. Aoki.
Audience was seemed to be overwhelmed by his strong spirit.
He has accepted and supported about 150 former convicts for 10 years.
Repeat offense rate in Japan is said to be about 50% while that of his facility is kept low at about 20%.
He talks about what people need to truly start their lives over again.
Mr. Aoki has been in the Japanese Mafia world since he was 18 years old.
He was in juvenile detention five times as a teenager and twice in a reformatory．
He was in society for only about six months from age 16 to adulthood.
He spent half of his life in a correctional facility until he was rehabilitated for social on March 3, 2011.
During the last 15 years of his prison sentence, he was the victim of an attempt on his life by a member of an enemy organization, and he had nine lives.
That time, he encountered the Bible, and he was converted! Three years after his release from prison, he set up a home for the self-reliance preparation (NPO). After that, established a group home.
