Sedapnya kek lapisssss😍 Dulu kalau nak makan kek lapis mesti order dekat kawan-kawan yang dari Sarawak tapi sekarang dekat Semenanjung pun banyakk🤩 Lagi syok buat sendiri tapi macam leceh tapi sebenarnya lagi puass!Jom tengok resepi ni confirm bersemangat nak buat!
Bahan-bahan
- 250g Marjerin Seri Pelangi
- 50g kaya
- 130g susu pekat
- 70g gula kastor
- 6 biji telur
- 1/2 sudu kecil esen vanila
- 30g horlicks
- 30g susu tepung
- 150g tepung kek
- Buah prune
Cara Membuat
1. Mula-mula pukulkan marjerin bersama gula kastor, pukul selama 5 minit
2. Setelah sebati, masukkan telur sebiji demi sebiji, pukul sebati
3. Masukkan susu pekat dengan kaya, putarkan sekejap
4. Selepas itu, masukkan horlicks, susu tepung, kacau sebati
5. Masukkan tepung kek ke dalam adunan kacau sebati
6. Masukkan sedikit esen vanila kacau sebati
7. Asingkan kepada beberapa mangkuk
8. Campur kan warna dan kacau sebati, masukkan kedalam loyang taburkan buah prune dan kukuskan kek
9. Ulang step tersebut sehingga penuh loyang
