New S.A.M. Features! Alphabetical sort and HIDE command for clearing clutter! Space Engineers Best!
S.A.M. v2.TC1.16 includes two great new features that you'll want to add to your bases and ships right away!First, a "why didn't we think to do this sooner" feature is that now all the Connectors in the Config display are ALPHABETICAL! No more searching to and fro for the Connector you want - just look for the GRID and Connector name in the alphabetically sorted list!
Second is a great feature that all 'advanced' users will probably be using a lot once they try it. It is called SAM.HIDE and allows you to DECLUTTER your list of Connectors by hiding those connectors you don't want 'publicly' displayed!
Adding the SAM.HIDE tag to your Connector will remove it from the screens of all other ships (NOTE: they MUST be running v2.TC1.16 (or higher) as well! - running a lower version you will see a "|H" on the screen name)
To get to the hidden connector, use the "GO" command (i.e., something like "GO ASSEMBLER IN" as shown in the video).
