Мы вспомнили школьный курс биологии и посмотрели, что в нём было полезного, что устарело и чего там вообще не хватало. Увидели, как изменились представления о питании за последние десятилетия и почему школьные «правильные продукты» часто оказываются слишком упрощённой картиной.
