🚨 ¿SE CAE EL CERCO PETROLERO CONTRA CUBA?El 20 de febrero de 2026, la Corte Suprema de los Estados Unidos, en una decisión 6-3, declaró ilegales varias disposiciones arancelarias impuestas por el presidente Donald Trump bajo la Ley de Poderes Económicos de Emergencia (IEEPA).

Una de las órdenes ejecutivas que podría verse directamente afectada es la firmada el 29 de enero de 2026, mediante la cual Trump impuso aranceles adicionales a los países que suministraran petróleo a Cuba. Esa orden es, precisamente, la columna vertebral de la política de presión petrolera contra el régimen cubano.
Entonces la pregunta es clara:
