Kondisi ini terlihat dari hancurnya rumah berdinding beton yang jadi tempat perlindungan pendudukan setelah dihantam rudal balistik Iran pada Kamis (19/6/2025).
Komando Front Dalam Negeri Israel menyebut, struktur beton yang terbuka ini awalnya dikerahkan untuk melindungi terhadap tembakan roket.
Namun, nyatanya tidak memberikan perlindungan yang efektif terhadap rudal jarak jauh dari Iran.
Menurut laporan, rudal jarak jauh Iran menghasilkan gelombang tekanan mematikan.
Sehingga, membuat rumah beton tersebut hancur.
Michael Kabsa, kepala Dewan HaGlitan Hatzor, menuduh militer Israel melakukan kelalaian serius.
Michael Kabsa mencatat, struktur yang dimaksudkan untuk menyelamatkan nyawa secara efektif berubah menjadi perangkap kematian.
Kritikan juga disampaikan wali kota dari beberapa kota di wilayah Israel Utara.
Komando Front Dalam Negeri itu sekarang menyarankan warga Israel untuk menggunakan ruangan berbenteng atau tempat penampungan umum tertutup dengan pintu baja.
Meski demikian, saat ini belum ada arahan resmi yang dikeluarkan Israel untuk menutup tempat penampungan terbuka ini.
Hal ini mendorong kebingungan dan meningkatnya ketidakpuasan di antara pemukim Israel dan pejabat setempat.
