Fakir bir minibus şöforü 'yanmışım' adlı minibüsü satın alıp sevdiği genc kiz 'Bahar'la (Canan Perver) evlenmeyi planlamaktadır ancak ağanın oğlu aynı zamanda Ercan'in en yakın dostu olan 'Ömer' (Coşkun Göğen nam-ı diğer 'Tecavüzcü Çoşkun') sevgilisine göz koymuştur. Serseri ruhlu olan Ömer'in elinden bir kaza çıkar. Ercan'a suçu kabul ettigi taktirde 'Yanmışım' minibüsünü ona vaad eder. Ercan işlemediği suç için hapistedir ve yakın arkadaşı bunu fırsat bilip sevdiği kadın elinden zorla alınmıştır. Biraz şans ve biraz da kin sanatçımıza şöhret yolunu açar ve kısa zamanda şöhret olur ancak 'Ömer' babasının parasını içkiye kumara ve uyuşturucuya harcayıp tüketmiştir ve sonunda karısını satılığa çıkartmıştır.
