(Agenzia Vista) "Meloni ha meritato di perdere questo referendum perché, da favorevole alla separazione delle carriere, dico che questa era una riforma scritta male e propagandata peggio. Nei fatti è stato negato un iter vero, autentico, di revisione costituzionale. Basti pensare che nessun emendamento è stato approvato; e questa non era una proposta che ricalcava le migliori proposte di separazione delle carriere nel passato: quelle radicali, quelle della bicamerale D'Alema, quelle più recenti delle camere penali. E peraltro, nel fare propaganda su questo tema, Meloni contraddiceva il senso stesso della separazione delle carriere, perché mostrava anzi di voler andare davvero verso una deriva orbaniana quando attaccava le decisioni dei GIP, attaccava le decisioni dei pubblici ministeri, indicava i capi di imputazione su inchieste aperte", così il leader di Più Europa Riccardo Magi in un punto stampa in Piazza a Monte Citorio.
