"Meskipun kemudian kasus (Korupsi) itu kalau sudah naik ke level tertentu. Bisa berbelok atau bisa hilang," kata Mahfud MD pada acara diskusi di Universitas Paramadina, Jakarta Selatan, Sabtu (28/6/2025).
Lanjutnya masih ingat kasus pagar laut, itu kan sudah jelas. Pelanggaran pidananya jelas, mengkavling laut, melanggar Undang-Undang, melawan putusan MK, kemudian pelaku-pelakunya jelas.
"Pak Prabowo juga sudah mendorong Menteri ATR agar itu ditindak tegas.Tegas mulanya, sekarang hilang kasusnya. Polisi bilang itu bukan korupsi, kejaksaan bilang itu korupsi. Tapi tidak bergerak sampai sekarang," imbuhnya.
