楊士毅是一位以跨界創作聞名的剪紙藝術家，作品曾榮獲國內外超過百項獎項肯定。他以細膩的刀法與獨特的敘事視角，將剪紙藝術從傳統工藝延伸至城市、品牌與公共空間，在紙張之間刻劃出關於人、土地與情感的深刻對話。
2017 年，他為台灣首家 Apple 直營店創作長達 75 公尺的剪紙作品《有閒來坐》，創下世界最長剪紙作品紀錄，並受到國際媒體關注。從品牌合作到大型公共藝術，他始終以「幸福」作為創作核心，透過作品傳遞溫暖與希望，讓藝術成為城市中連結人與人的溫柔力量。
