Pelaku yakni AAW (26) sedangkan korban yakni RNA (27).
Saat ditemukan, korban dalam keadaan bersimbah darah pada bagian kepala.
Diketahui pelaku dan korban juga memiliki anak berusia delapan bulan yang berada di lokasi saat peristiwa berlangsung.
Saat ini anak korban dibawa oleh keluarga sang ibu ke Kota Bekasi.
Sejauh ini belum diketahui motif AAW tega menghabisi istrinya sendiri.
Pelaku saat ini masih menjalani pemeriksaan oleh penyidik Unit PPA Satreskrim Polres Metro Jakarta Timur.
Polisi juga masih menunggu hasil autopsi berupa visum et repertum dari RS Polri Kramat Jati.
Adapun peristiwa ini diketahui seusai pelaku memberitahukannya pada sang ayah via WhatsApp.
Setibanya di kontrakan, ayah pelaku langsung melapor ke ketua RT setempat.
Selanjutnya ketua RT menghubungi jajaran Polsek Pulogadung dan Satreskrim Polres Metro Jakarta Timur.
