Cambiar de prestador de salud es un trámite que podés iniciar online con clave fiscal desde el servicio “Mi SSSalud”. En este tutorial te mostramos, paso a paso, cómo generar la opción de cambio, confirmar la solicitud por correo electrónico y obtener la constancia del trámite.📌 Requisitos y acceso
👉 Ingresá con tu clave fiscal en https://www.arca.gob.ar
👉 Buscá y habilitá el servicio “Mi SSSalud” si aún no lo tenés visible
📌 Carga de la opción de cambio
👉 En “Formularios de opciones de cambio”, presioná “Nueva opción”
👉 Elegí el régimen que corresponda y completá tus datos personales
👉 Seleccioná el motivo de elección para el cambio y el prestador deseado
👉 Confirmá: el número de trámite aparecerá en el recuadro superior
ℹ️ Confirmación por correo electrónico
👉 Se enviará un correo a tu casilla para confirmar el trámite
👉 Recordá confirmar dentro de las 48 horas; de lo contrario, la solicitud se desestima
📌 Constancia del trámite
👉 Volvé a ingresar al servicio “Mi SSSalud” con clave fiscal
👉 Consultá tus datos; en la derecha, presioná la lupa para ver la constancia o el ícono de hoja para imprimirla
✔️ Finalización con la obra social
👉 Contactate con la obra social elegida para completar tu incorporación (titular y grupo familiar)
👉 La obra social debe recibir este trámite dentro de los 15 días posteriores al pedido de incorporación
