Final Fight - No Death Clear (Haggar)

A no death clear of Final Fight has been on my to-do list for a while, so I picked this up again recently. Haggar might be a little more difficult to learn the game with, but I think he's the most stable character among the three. Cody's strong, but the invincibility Haggar has after suplexes makes him more reliable in the big fights.
This game still has some heavy luck elements in it though, there's just no way around bad RNG with health drops or enemy behavior. That said, the only spot you *really* have to hope for good luck on is the infamous wave of enemies just before the final boss. I've tried all kinds of strategies for it, and learning how to react to each situation is important, but ultimately you just need to hope they behave enough to get some suplex chains going. Haggar also has a fast way to defeat Belger, but if your timing is off just a bit, you'll get trapped and die with no way out. So I went for a safer strategy of just trying to pick him off with piledrivers, though that can go wrong too. He's a little scary no matter what.

I'm glad to get this done though! Lots more beat 'em ups are on the menu (›´ω`‹ )

PS. I played the Japanese version of the game, but I edited the English intro and ending in. The western versions of many (most?) arcade games have changes in them, from big to small. In Final Fight, the only gameplay related one I know of off the top of my head are the missing barrels after the long hallway in the final stage. Each barrel can drop health items in the Japanese release, and they can be very helpful if you take any damage in the fight afterward. Once I saw they messed with the game, I went back to the original release. (They also cut Jessica out of the intro scene in the western version)
