Kuasa Hukum Klaim Penetapan Tersangka Pegi Dalam Kasus Vina Tak Memiliki Alat Bukti
BANDUNG, KOMPAS.TV - Sidang gugatan praperadilan penetapan Pegi Setiawan sebagai tersangka pembunuhan Vina dan Eky Cirebon kembali dilanjutkan di Pengadilan Negeri Bandung, Jawa Barat. Ibu dan adik Pegi ikut hadir pada sidang ini.Pada sidang praperadilan hari ini, Kuasa Hukum Pegi Setiawan menyatakan tidak ada langkah penyidikan dalam penetapkan Pegi sebagai tersangka kasus pembunuhan Vina dan Eky.
Sedangkan penetapan tersangka harus dilakukan berdasarkan hasil penyidikan.
Beberapa bukti yang digunakan untuk menetapkan Pegi sebagai tersangka tidak memiliki bukti yang kuat.
Tim Hukum Polda Jawa Barat menyatakan siap menunjukkan alat bukti yang menguatkan Pegi Setiawan tersangka kasus pembunuhan Vina dan Eky di Cirebon.
