Berkas Pegi Dikembalikan 2 Kali, Kuasa Hukum Anggap Polda Jabar Tidak Sesuai SOP
CIREBON, KOMPASTV - Pengacara Pegi Setiawan sampaikan ada pengembalian berkas kliennya dari Kejati ke Polda Jabar sebanyak 2 kali.Surat tersebut dikembalikan pada tanggal 24 Juni dan 2 Juli 2024.
"Kejati beritahu surat permohonan, berkas dari polda atas nama Pegi masih P18 pada tanggal 24 Juni 2024 dan tanggal 2 Juli masih P19 masih belum dipenuhi unsur formil materil," kata Sugiyanti di Cirebon, Sabtu (6/7/2024).
Sugiyanti menilai dengan dikembalikannya berkas Pegi, ada kekeliruan dalam penetapan Pegi sebagai tersangka.
"Penetapan tersangkanya tidak sah ada keliru dan tidak sesuai SOP (soal penetapan tersangka) yang dilakukan Polda Jabar," kata Sugiyanti.
