Ia menduga bahwa pembunuhan sang anak tidak dilakukan sendiri.
Samsul mengatakan kemungkinan ada pihak lain yang terlibat.
Ia juga menduga kasus pembunuhan ini telah direncanakan dan adanya rekayasa penemuan jasad.
Pihaknya mengharapkan supaya kepolisian melakukan pengembangan terhadap orang-orang yang terlibat dengan adanya aksi dugaan pembunuhan.
Samsul menegaskan, siapapun tersangka pembunuhan pihaknya meminta kebijaksanaan dari kepolisian untuk diadili seberat-beratnya.
Sebelumnya, jenazah Brigadir Esco ditemukan tergeletak di kebun tak jauh dari rumahnya pada Minggu (24/8/2025).
Korban ditemukan dengan leher terikat tali, wajah rusak dan tubuh membengkak, setelah sebelumnya hilang beberapa hari.
Kepala Desa Jembatan Gantung, Suhaimi, menyatakan istri korban tak pernah membuat laporan orang hilang meski Brigadir Esco tak dapat dihubungi sejak Selasa (19/8/2025).
Setelah akhirnya suaminya ditemukan dalam kondisi mengenaskan, Briptu Rizka pun disebut langsung pingsan.
