Momen tersebut terjadi seusai mencuatnya usulan pemakzulan Wapres Gibran oleh Forum Purnawirawan TNI-Polri.
Momen foto Gibran menyalami Try Sutrisno itu diunggah melalui Instagram pribadinya pada Senin (2/6/2025).
Dalam foto tersebut terlihat Gibran yang memakai setelan jas dan peci warna hitam.
Pihaknya menungkupkan tangannya sembari membungkukkan badan saat menyalami Try Sutrisno.
Terlihat dalam foto itu ada Ketua Umum PDIP, Megawati Soekarnoputri.
Momen hangat antara Gibran dan Try Sutrisno itu terlihat sebelum acara upacara Peringatan Hari Lahir Pancasila di Kementerian Luar Negeri, Jakarta, Senin (2/6) pagi.
Sebagai informasi, usulan pemakzulan Gibran ini mencuat belum ada enam bulan sejak dirinya dilantik bersama Presiden Prabowo Subianto.
Menurut Forum Purnawirawan TNI-Polri, alasan di balik tuntutan pemakzulan ini soal keputusan MK mengenai Pasal 169 Huruf q Undang-Undang Pemilu.
Hal itu dianggap melanggar hukum acara dan Undang-Undang Kekuasaan Kehakiman.
Dalam tuntutan tersebut, Try Sutrisno, merupakan salah satu dari 103 purnawirawan jenderal yang menandatangani usulan tersebut.
