안녕하세요 애정입니다😊오늘은 큼직한 블랙타이거새우장을 먹어봤어요!
(등쪽 내장이 제거되지 않은 상태로 와서 직접 손질해서 준비했어요)
일반 대하보다 사이즈가 조금 더 커서
새우 한 마리만 입에 넣어도 입안이 꽉 차는 느낌이었어요!
새우살도 얇거나 흐물거리지 않고 도톰하게 차 있어서
씹을 때마다 탱글탱글한 식감이 너무 좋더라구요!
간장 양념은 새우 안쪽까지 짭조름하게 잘 배어 있었는데
너무 짜거나 자극적이지 않아서
새우 본연의 달큰한 맛을 가리지 않았어요
무엇보다 깔끔하게 내장을 제거하고 나니
훨씬 먹기 편하고 맛도 깔끔했던것 같아요!
밥+새우+날치알 올린 초밥은
새우의 탱글탱글하고 탄탄한 살을 씹는 순간
날치알도 오독오독 터지는 식감이
한꺼번에 느껴져서 먹는 재미가 있었어요!
