TRIBUN-VIDEO.COM - Penyidikan yang dilakukan Polda Jabar terhadap Pegi Setiawan akhirnya ketahuan belum lengkap.Padahal Polda Jabar merasa hasil kerjanya sudah rampung dan melimpahkan berkas penyidikan ke Kejati Jabar.
Di sisi lain, pelimpahan berkas ke kejaksaan terkesan buru-buru.
Sebab Hotman Paris selaku kuasa hukum Vina, sudah meminta Polda Jabar untuk menahan sementara pelimpahan karena banyak kesaksian yang bertentangan.
Adapun kekurangan berkas penyidikan Pegi dari sisi materil maupun formil.
Meski demikian, pihak kejaksaan sejauh ini belum mengembalikan berkas Pegi Setiawan ke kepolisian.(Tribun-Video.Com)
