Garlasco, Lovati e altri due avvocati di Sempio convocati per interrogatorio
Nel caso Garlasco, nelle prossime ore è previsto un interrogatorio per tre avvocati che difesero Andrea Sempio nel 2017: Massimo Lovati, Federico Osoldani e Simone Grassi. Lovati e Osoldani erano i principali difensori, mentre Grassi aveva un ruolo secondario come avvocato esterno del collegio difensivo.La convocazione arriva in seguito alle ultime indiscrezioni emerse dal Tribunale del Riesame di Brescia, dove l’ex procuratore Venditti è indagato per corruzione in altri procedimenti giudiziari, per non aver indagato come avrebbe dovuto su Andrea Sempio.
