In uno in zona Navigli, vivono due sorelle con problemi di salute e una di loro dorme in salotto sotto a una grande macchia di muffa: "Da due anni ho la bronchite asmatica per la muffa" ci ha raccontato. In cantina ci sono topi morti e oggetti abbandonati.In un altro stabile ALER, in zona piazzale Loreto, entriamo con l'inquilina Beatrice che vive nell'appartamento popolare che le hanno assegnato. Nel palazzo, con infiltrazioni e muffa, ci sono tante case "murate" con le lastre per evitare le occupazioni abusive. DI fronte al palazzo di Beatrice c'è uno stabile del Comune di Milani. Gli appartamenti al primo piano hanno dei balconi sulla strada che di notte diventano casa per i senza fissa di mora.
