Pemeriksaan 3 Saksi Baru Kasus Vina Cirebon, Termasuk Adik Pegi Bernama Robi
BANDUNG, KOMPAS.TV - Hari ini, Selasa (4/6/2024) polisi memeriksa 3 saksi termasuk Robi, adik Pegi Setiawan ini mengaku berada di Bandung bersama kakaknya saat pembunuhan Vina dan Eki terjadi di Cirebon 8 tahun lalu.Pemeriksaan 3 saksi baru yaitu Robi adik Pegi Setiawan dan 2 saksi lain dilakukan di Polda Jawa Barat.
Pihak keluarga meminta izin agar Robi diperiksa hari ini, Robi menerima surat panggilan dari penyidik hari Minggu (2/6/2024) kemarin.
Selain memeriksa sang adik Pegi, Robi Setiawan sebagai saksi, 2 saksi tambahan yaitu Yadi dan Iwan yang merupakan rekan kerja pegi saat menjadi kuli bangunan di Bandung juga akan diperiksa di Polda Jawa Barat hari ini.
Ketiga saksi akan memberi keterangan meringankan bagi Pegi Setiawan.
Kuasa Hukum Pegi Setiawan, Toni melalui sambungan telepon menyebutkan sebelumnya Penyidik Polda Jawa Barat menjadwalkan pemeriksaan kemarin.
Namun pihak Kuasa Hukum Pegi Setiawan meminta pemeriksaan dilaksanakan Selasa (4/6/2024) hari ini bersamaan dengan ibu Pegi membesuk Pegi Setiawan.
