Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) buka suara menanggapi pertanyaan publik mengenai pembatalan kebijakan diskon 50% tarif listrik untuk Juni dan Juli 2025.Kementerian ESDM juga mengaku tidak terlibat dalam proses perumusan maupun pembahasan kebijakan diskon tarif listrik tersebut. Kendati demikian, sebagai kementerian teknis yang bertanggung jawab di sektor ketenagalistrikan, Kementerian ESDM menyatakan kesiapannya untuk memberikan masukan secara resmi pada proses perumusan kebijakan, terutama yang berdampak pada kesejahteraan masyarakat luas.
