Bripka Ikbal keluar dari sel tahanan setelah dijenguk oleh anak dan istrinya pada Jumat (6/6).
Ia mengamuk dan berniat pulang ke rumah karena merasa penahanan dirinya tak sesuai prosedur dan dilakukan tanpa status hukum yang jelas.
Adapun Bripka Ikbal diduga terlibat dalam jual beli narkoba di Ternate.
Namun menurut istri Bripka Ikbal, suaminya ditahan bukan karena kasus narkoba namun proyek pengadaan instalasi listrik di sejumlah desa.
Di sisi lain Kasi Humas Polres Halmahera Selatan AKP Sunadi Sugiono menegaskan bahwa penahanan Bripka Ikbal sudah sesuai prosedur.
AKP Sunandi mengatakan Bripka Ikbal turut tersangdung kasus sebelum ditangkap soal narkoba.
Kasus tersebut adalah dugaan penyediaan barang dan jasa yang tidak sesuai dengan SOP.
AKP Sunandi menegaskan Bripka Ikbal melakukan 2 pelanggaran dalam kurun waktu berdekatan.
"Dasar penahanannya masih menggunakan dasar laporan polisi sebelumnya yakni penyediaan barang dan jasa yang tidak sesuai dengan SOP," jelas Suandi. (Tribun-Video.com/TribunTernate.com)
