Leo XIV. zelebriert seine erste Ostermesse als Pontifex

Ein Jahr ist Leo XIV. im Amt. Er setzt äußerlich andere Akzente als sein Vorgänger Franziskus. Zum Beispiel wohnt er wieder im päpstlichen Palast. Dennoch unterscheidet er sich inhaltlich nicht so sehr von Franziskus, wie DW-Kirchenexperte Christoph Strack erläutert. Er blickt auch auf die Auslandsreise des Papstes im April: 11 Tage wird er in Afrika unterwegs sein. Ein Kontinent, der für die Katholische Kirche immer wichtiger wird, im Gegensatz zu Europa.
