ภาคเหนือ และภาคอีสาน ต้องระวังฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากในช่วง 1-2 วันนี้ ติดตามในฝนฟ้าอากาศ กับคุณกมลาสน์ เอียดศรีชายจังหวัดหนองคาย ระดับน้ำโขงที่ไหลผ่าน เริ่มลดลงอย่างช้า ๆ และมีแนวโน้มลดลงต่อเนื่อง ชั่วโมงละประมาณ 1-3 เซนติเมตร แต่ระดับน้ำยังสูงกว่าประตู และท่อระบายน้ำภายในเขตเทศบาลเมืองหนองคาย ทำให้เทศบาลยังคงปิดประตูระบายน้ำ และเฝ้าระวังสถานการณ์อย่างใกล้ชิด โดยเฉพาะหากมีฝนตกหนักในพื้นที่ตัวเมือง อาจเกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันได้ ขณะนี้เทศบาลเตรียมเครื่องสูบน้ำขนาดใหญ่กระจายตามจุดเสี่ยง รวม 10 จุด พร้อมจัดเจ้าหน้าที่ติดตามสถานการณ์ และเตรียมพร้อมรับมือตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง

ภาคเหนือ ฝนฟ้า 60% ของพื้นที่ ฝนตกหนักได้ที่ แม่ฮ่องสอน เชียงราย พะเยา น่าน และตาก
ภาคอีสาน ฝนตก 60% ของพื้นที่ ตกหนักแถว ๆ บึงกาฬ และนครพนม
ภาคกลาง ฝนตก 40% ของพื้นที่ ฝนตกหนักได้แถว ๆ อุทัยธานี ลพบุรี สระบุรี กาญจนบุรี และราชบุรี
ภาคตะวันออก ฝนตก 40% ของพื้นที่ ตกหนักได้ที่ นครนายก ปราจีนบุรี ฉะเชิงเทรา จันทบุรี และตราด บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
ภาคใต้ ฝนตก 40-60% ของพื้นที่ ฝนตกหนักแถว ๆ เพชรบุรี สุราษฎร์ธานี นครศรีธรรมราช พัทลุง สงขลา ปัตตานี ยะลา นราธิวาส พังงา ภูเก็ต กระบี่ ตรัง และสตูล ทะเลบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร
กรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล ฝนตก 40% ของพื้นที่ และมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง
