Kronologi dan bukti kasus Andrie Yunus yang belum diungkap dalam penyidikan resmi
Tim Advokasi Untuk Demokrasi (TAUD) menganalisis 34 CCTV dan menemukan 16 terduga pelaku lapangan dalam kasus penyiraman air keras terhadap aktivis KontraS, Andrie Yunus.Mereka terdiri dari eksekutor, penguntit hingga orang-orang yang mengintai dari jarak jauh maupun jarak dekat.
Namun hanya ada empat tersangka dalam sidang perdana kasus Andrie yang digelar Pengadilan Militer II-08 Jakarta pada Rabu (29/04).
Dari 16 terduga pelaku temuan TAUD ini, eksekutor pengendara, Budhi, sama dengan yang ditetapkan sebagai tersangka oleh Puspom TNI.
Begitu pula dengan eksekutor penyiram. Tetapi, TNI mengumumkan yang eksekutor penyiram sebagai Edi Sudarko. Ini berbeda dengan temuan TAUD dan Polda Metro Jaya yang mengidentifikasinya sebagai Muhammad Akbar Kuddus.
Sementara itu, 14 terduga pelaku lainnya disebut "diabaikan" oleh TNI.
TNI mengatakan kasus ini akan diungkap secara “transparan dan akuntabel”. Apabila dalam persidangan ditemukan fakta baru, “terbuka kemungkinan akan digelarnya penyidikan lanjutan”.
