TRIBUN-VIDEO.COM - Penggalangan dana untuk Agam Rinjani dari warga Brasil resmi dibatalkan oleh platform VOAA dan organisasi Razoes para Acreditar.
Pembatalan diumumkan pada Senin (30/6/2025) setelah muncul kontroversi terkait potongan biaya administrasi sebesar 20 persen.
Bahkan penggalangan dana tersebut memicu perdebatan dan ujaran kebencian di publik.
Mereka memutuskan mengembalikan seluruh donasi secara otomatis dan utuh kepada para donatur.
Biaya 20 persen disebut digunakan untuk layanan profesional, termasuk kurasi cerita, produksi konten, dan pendampingan hukum.
Meski transparansi biaya telah dijelaskan sejak awal, sejumlah pihak merasa keberatan dengan nominal potongan tersebut.
VOAA menyatakan bahwa layanan mereka bukan sekadar menyalurkan donasi, namun memberikan pendampingan penuh secara profesional.
Sementara itu, seluruh dana donasi akan dikembalikan secara otomatis ke metode pembayaran awal tanpa perlu tindakan dari donatur.
Sebagai informasi, Agam berhasil mengevakuasi jenazah Juliana Marins di Gunung Rinjani.
Berkat aksi heroiknya, warga Brasil membuka inisiatif penggalangan dana untuk Agam Rinjani.
