바로 치킨튀기는 날이거든요!🍗
뿐만아니라 어니언링, 새우튀김, 멘보샤까지
다양하게 시즈닝을 뿌려서 준비해봤어요
갓 튀겨낸 치킨 위에 가루를 듬뿍 뿌려주면
따뜻한 열기에 사르르 녹으면서 착 달라붙어서
한 입 베어 물면 겉은 바삭하게 부서지고
안은 촉촉하게 육즙이 살아 있어서
씹는 순간 고소함이 먼저 올라와요!!
그 뒤로 달콤짭짤한 시즈닝 맛이 확 퍼지는데
역시 기분 좋은 자극적인 맛!
특히 튀김옷이 두껍지 않아서 과하게 부담스럽지 않았고
닭 자체의 촉촉함이 살아 있어서 더 만족스러웠어요
치킨뿐만 아니라 뿌링클시즈닝을 뿌린
하나같이 바삭하면서 달달고소한 맛이 매력적이었어요
각각 식감은 다르지만 시즈닝이 더해지니까
통일감 있으면서도 계속 손이 가는 맛!!
맥주 안주로도 정말 잘 어울릴 것 같았어요🍺
