Die US-Regierung will dabei weiter eine zentrale Rolle spielen: Sie fordert die Entwaffnung der Hamas, drängt arabische Staaten zu mehr Verantwortung und plant eine internationale Übergangsverwaltung unter amerikanischer Koordination. Ziel ist ein dauerhafter Frieden, doch die Skepsis bleibt groß – vor allem, ob Hamas und regionale Akteure diese Bedingungen akzeptieren.
