Vokalis Sukatani Sekaligus Guru SD Dipecat? Data Dapodik Tidak Aktif, LBH Semarang Bereaksi

Berdasarkan penelusuran Tribun Jateng dari laman GTK (Guru dan Tenaga Pendidikan) Kemendikbud, Novi pernah tercatat sebagai guru sebuah SD IT di Kabupaten Banjarnegara, Jawa Tengah.
Namun, Data Pokok Pendidikan (Dapodik) atas nama Novi sudah tidak aktif sejak (13/2/2025).
Novi diduga telah dipecat dari sekolah tersebut sejak pertengahan Februari.
Terkait alasan pemecatan belum terkonfirmasi.
Sementara itu, Lembaga Bantuan Hukum (LBH) Semarang turut bereaksi atas dugaan pemecatan terhadap personel Sukatani Band dari sekolah.
LBH Semarang masih memastikan informasi dipecatnya Novi sebagai guru SD.
Direktur LBH Semarang Ahmad Syamsuddin Arief saat dihubungi, Sabtu (22/2), menilai pemecatan Novi diduga kuat ada campur tangan kepolisian.
Sebab, Novi dan bandnya melahirkan lagu-lagu yang sangat frontal di antaranya Bayar Bayar Bayar yang membuat gerah polisi.
Selain berimbas pada kehilangan pekerjaan, Arief menambahkan polisi telah melanggar hak asasi manusia dari ulah intervensi mereka kepada band Sukatani.
Pelanggaran itu berupa personel band terpaksa harus menunjukkan identitas aslinya yang selama ini mereka sembunyikan dalam setiap bermusik.
Kemudian penarikan karya lagu Bayar Bayar Bayar juga telah mengekang kebebasan berekspresi yang telah dijamin oleh undang-undang dan hukum internasional.
