Cuba viola derechos de menor: pastor exige liberación urgente
El pastor evangélico Felier Muir denunció este miércoles 29 de abril de 2026, desde Morón, provincia Ciego de Ávila, que su hijo Jonathan David Muir Burgos, de apenas 16 AÑOS, está siendo sometido a presunta TORTURA PSICOLÓGICA y posibles abusos físicos mientras permanece bajo custodia del régimen castrista en Cuba. El menor cumple 16 días detenido sin que la familia haya recibido notificación oficial sobre los traslados ni el estado del proceso judicial.De acuerdo con el testimonio del padre, el adolescente fue trasladado en la mañana hacia la prisión de Canaleta como medida preventiva, pero fue devuelto al Técnico de Instrucción Penal de Ciego de Ávila debido a un APAGÓN que impidió procesar su ingreso en las computadoras del centro penitenciario.
Muir reveló que oficiales del centro, incluido un capitán, habrían asegurado a los menores detenidos que serían liberados por falta de pruebas, generando una manipulación emocional sostenida. El abogado contratado por la familia no responde llamadas ni mensajes, profundizando la incertidumbre.
Una mujer recién excarcelada habría informado a familiares que Jonathan David fue GOLPEADO en prisión, con un brazo fracturado y una pierna lesionada. El joven padece una enfermedad que requiere tratamiento con vacunas EVERTRAN durante 10 semanas para fortalecer su sistema inmunológico, terapia que las autoridades cubanas le impiden recibir.
Para la diáspora cubana en EE. UU., España y México, este caso confirma el patrón sistemático de violaciones de derechos humanos del régimen contra MENORES y familias cristianas en la Isla. Organizaciones internacionales podrían sumarse a las exigencias por la liberación inmediata del adolescente.
