Es el Edificio Canadá, también conocido como Edificio 300, uno de los inmuebles más emblemáticos de Avenida de los Insurgentes. Inaugurado en 1958, con 17 pisos y 57 metros de altura, fue considerado uno de los edificios más modernos de su época y durante los años 60 y 70 vivió su mayor esplendor. Su apodo surgió por un enorme anuncio de una zapatería que durante años cubrió una de sus fachadas.#telediariomatutino
