JNIM ve Azavad İttifakı: Mali'yi içeriden çökertmeye çalışan örgütlerin amacı ne?

25 Nisan sabahı Mali'de El Kaide bağlantılı JNIM ve Tuareg ayrılıkçılarından oluşan Azavad Kurtuluş Cephesi'nin başlattığı eş zamanlı saşdoroşar ülkedeki devlet otoritesini ağır bir şekilde sarstı. Kuzey cephesinde Kidal ve kritik maden sahaları tamamen isyancıların eline geçerken Mali ordusu ve Rus Afrika Kolordusu bölgeden çekilmek zorunda kaldı. Güneyde ise başkent Bamako'ya sızan militanlar Savunma Bakanı'nı suikastla öldürüp şehri lojistik olarak ablukaya aldı. Örgütlerin ortak amacı ülkenin tamamını yönetmekten ziyade kuzeyde özerklik kazanmak ve başkenti boğarak devleti içeriden çökertmek. Batılı güçlerin çekilmesiyle oluşan istihbarat boşluğunu dolduran Rus güçlerinin de sahada yetersiz kalması krizin boyutlarını genişletiyor. Türkiye ise bu karmaşada Mali'nin toprak bütünlüğünü savunarak SİHA tedariki ve askeri eğitim destekleriyle daha pragmatik bir politika izliyor. Gelinen noktada Afrika'nın Sahel bölgesi, devlet dışı silahlı grupların sınırları yeniden çizmeye çalıştığı ve şiddet sarmalının Orta Doğu'yu bile geride bıraktığı yeni bir küresel çatışma merkezine dönüşmüş bulunuyor.
