Sidang hari ini beragendakan mendengar keterangan ahli hukum agraria Universitas Gadjah Mada, Mario Sumardjono.
Gugatan ini dilayangkan oleh PT Indobuildco terhadap pemerintah setelah masa berlaku dua sertifikat Hak Guna Bangunan (HGB) yang dimiliki perusahaan tersebut berakhir masing-masing pada 4 Maret dan 3 April 2023.
Adapun HGB bernomor 26/Gelora dan HGB Nomor 27/Gelora itu berdiri di atas lahan milik negara dengan Hak Pengelolaan Lahan (HPL) atas nama Sekretariat Negara Republik Indonesia, yang dikelola oleh Badan Pengelola Gelanggang Olahraga Senayan.
Menurut Maria, apabila masa berlaku HGB tersebut sudah berakhir namun terdapat hak pengelolaan pada lahan itu, maka status kepemilikannya kembali kepada pemegang Hak Pengelolaan Lahan.
