Ngày 16-6-2024, Cơ quan Cảnh sát điều tra Bộ Công an tiếp tục bắt giữ hai bác sĩ là viện trưởng và phó viện trưởng Viện Pháp y tâm thần Trung ương Biên Hòa (đóng tại phường Tân Phong, TP Biên Hòa, Đồng Nai) vì những sai phạm liên quan đến kết quả giám định, điều trị bệnh nhân tâm thần.Trước đó, Cơ quan Cảnh sát điều tra Bộ Công an cũng đã bắt giữ 9 người là bác sĩ, điều dưỡng, lãnh đạo và nguyên lãnh đạo Viện Pháp y tâm thần Trung ương Biên Hòa.Thực trạng trên dẫn đến một câu chuyện hy hữu là Viện Pháp y tâm thần Trung ương Biên Hòa không còn cán bộ làm việc nên phải báo cáo hỏa tốc và xin ý kiến chỉ đạo của Bộ Y tế để có phương án ổn định nhân lực công tác.#baophapluattphcm #plo #tinnhanh #kimbaimientu #toiphamchuyennghiep #giamdinhphapy #giaychungnhantamthan # vienphapytrunguongbienhoa
